Every quote puts the ONCA/CNCC barème minimum next to the agreed fee. A fee below it is still possible: it is flagged and recorded.
Who issued, credited, received a payment or granted a reduction, and when. The partner reads the journal by client, by user and by day, and any later tampering shows.
