Fees
For a permanent client file, the barème sets a minimum in two parts: a base fee for the client's activity, then a progression on the previous year's turnover above a threshold. yuba builds this barème in with its date and shows the minimum next to the agreed fee.

The base fee depends on the client's activity. The progression applies only to the turnover above that activity's threshold, in full bands: a band that is only partly reached does not count. For a liberal profession or an association, the barème gives a base, "or more, depending on the budget and the scope of the work", with no progression.

The firm agreed 300 000,00 DA with this client. yuba shows it as above the minimum, as on the screen beside this.
A demo client file: the amounts are the ones yuba computed for it.
Clients sometimes negotiate below the barème. yuba does not block it: the agreed fee is recorded, the gap is flagged on the quote, and the journal keeps who agreed to it and when.
The partner or an administrator writes the firm's own dated scale: by activity, by number of invoices, by headcount. Quotes are priced with it, and the ONCA/CNCC barème minimum stays on screen beside them.
The barème also covers fixed-fee client files (dossiers au forfait), one-off engagements (forecast balance sheets, assistance during a tax audit, preparing the annual accounts…), hourly work and statutory audit mandates. yuba builds in every one of these rows.
Payroll fees have their own row, PAIE: a monthly tariff by the client's headcount. yuba bills that fee; the payslips stay in your payroll software.
